| 摘 要： | 给出几种常见的正交矩(Legendre矩、第1类Chebyshev矩、第2类Chebyshev矩、jacobi矩)的定义，对它们的特性进行了初步分析．采用这些矩进行图像的重建，对其图像描述能力进行了分析比较．在此基础上．提出一种变形Jacobi矩，具有很好的图像描述能力．

| Abstract: | In this paper,some familiar orthogonal moments was introduced,and given the definition of these moments,investigated the describing properties of these moments,reconstructed an image with these moments.In especial,a pseudo-Jacobi moments was given,whose performance of describing images is satisfactory. |
