| 摘 要： | 体育选项课是近几年普通高校体育课程改革的结果。通过调查分析,体育场地、器材不足,课时偏少,学生体育基础差,是影响教学质量的主要因素。为此高职体育选项课应当优化教学内容,强化终身体育的理念,改进教学方法。

| Abstract: | Elective sports course is the result of PE curriculum reform in colleges in recent years.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the sports ground,inadequate equipment,fewer class periods and the students＇ poor PE quality are the main factors that affect the teaching quality.Thus PE courses should optimize teaching content,strengthen the concept of lifetime sports and improve the teaching methods. |
