摘 要: | 学科建设是高校生存和发展的生命线,学科队伍建设是学科建设的关键。文章针对新建地方本科院校学科专业师资队伍存在的主要问题,提出要创新学科专业师资队伍建设规划观念:科学的人才培养观、适时的人才转型观、灵活开放的人才引进观、多赢的人才共享观、公正合理的分配观。

Abstract: | This article is designed to eplore the problems existed in the faculty construction. It proposes to build a good faculty with numerous and qualified teachers and advocates innovative concepts: the scientific concept of personnel training, the concept of timely talents transformation, the open concept of talents introduction, the win - win concept of sharing talents and the concept of a fair and reasonable distribution. |
