| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高校生存和发展的生命线，学科队伍建设是学科建设的关键。文章针对新建地方本科院校学科专业师资队伍存在的主要问题，提出要创新学科专业师资队伍建设规划观念：科学的人才培养观、适时的人才转型观、灵活开放的人才引进观、多赢的人才共享观、公正合理的分配观。

It proposes to build a good faculty with numerous and qualified teachers and advocates innovative concepts： the scientific concept of personnel training, the concept of timely talents transformation, the open concept of talents introduction, the win - win concept of sharing talents and the concept of a fair and reasonable distribution. |
