| 摘 要： | 党的十七大明确指出：＂科学发展、社会和谐是发展中国特色社会主义的基本要求。＂科学发展观统领经济社会发展的全局,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的指导思想,而构建社会主义和谐社会则是贯彻科学发展观的实践要求。科学发展观与社会主义和谐社会,两者互为条件、相互促进,具有内涵上的内在统一性,共同推动经济社会协调发展,共同推进中国特色社会主义事业全面发展。

| Abstract: | The CPC＇s 17th congress states：＂scientific development and social harmony are the development of the basic requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics.＂ Scientific concept of development leads the overall economic and social development,harmonious society is the guiding ideology,and building harmonious socialist society is the practice of implementing the scientific concept of development requirements.Scientific development and harmonious society,interact with each other and promote each other,with the connotation of internal unity,and jointly promote coordinated economic and social development,and jointly push forward the comprehensive development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
