| 摘 要： | 朱启钤认定洪宪帝制造端于德国。颜惠庆认为帝制与德国无关。但是从洪宪帝制前前后后长时期德国的表现看来,德国支持洪宪帝制,应该是肯定的。袁世凯父子与德国有争斗的一面,有友好的一面,有怨,有恩,恩大于怨。

| Abstract: | ZHU Qi-qian confirmed that Hongxian monarchy originated in Germany,while YAN Hui-qing argued that the monarchy was unrelated to nation.But from Germany＇s long-time response to Hongxian monarchy,it can be affirmed that Germany supported Hongxia monarchy.Technically speaking,Yuan and his son had a dual relation of Gratitude and Resentment with Germany,and Gratitude overweighed Resentment |
