| 摘 要： | 高校建设节约型校园是建设节约型社会的重要内容。节约型校园建设,要紧扣发展主题,树立艰苦奋斗、勤俭建校的理念;坚持以人为本,确立一切为了学生全面发展的育人方针;按照全面、协调、可持续的发展要求,挖掘校园节约潜能;坚持统筹兼顾,形成多管齐下、齐抓共管的长效机制。

| Abstract: | The construction of resource-conserving university campus is an important part of the construction of harmonious society.The construction of resource-conserving campus should closely keep to the point of development,set the concept of working diligently in spite of difficulties and building the school thriftily;establish the direction of developing students＇ all-round ability based on people-centered principle;explore the campus thrift potential according to the requirement of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development;form the long-term mechanism of integration and multi-pronged strategy. |
