| 摘 要： | 通过考察我国刑法,可以发现我国刑法在规制危害矿山生产、生态安全犯罪方面存在忽视对矿山生态安全的保护、预防滞后、刑罚体系不科学等不足,应从加强对矿山生态安全的保护、增设危险犯、增加刑罚种类和非刑罚处罚措施等方面着手,加强刑法对危害矿山生产、生态安全犯罪的抗制。

| Abstract: | There is imperfection in counteracting on crimes of impairing the safety of mine production and ecological environment such as neglecting the protection of ecological safety,holding back the crimes prevention,and unreasonable punishments.It is necessary to strengthen the protection of ecological safety,include potential damage offence into the crimes and add types of punishment and countermeasures on non-penalty in the criminal law. |
