摘    要:知识服务必须以用户的需求为基础,服务的一切内容和手段都必须以用户为目标,将用户需求的策略应用于图书馆服务中能够显著地提高图书馆服务的层次,使之达到知识服务的水平。分析了知识服务的含义,论述了现代信息技术环境下高校图书馆用户需求的变化,并在此基础上提出了高校图书馆开展知识服务的措施。

Abstract:The knowledge service must take user's demand as the foundation, all contents and methods of the service must take the user as the goal. And applying the user demand strategy in library service can remarkably raise the level of library service and enable it to achieve the level of the knowledge service. This paper analyzes the connotations of the knowledge service, discusses the variation of the information demand of the users of university library under the new modem information technology environment, and based on this, puts forward some measures for carrying out the knowledge service by university library.
