| 摘 要： | 元代以后由于法制的沦丧,加剧了社会政治的腐败黑暗。明清时期民众对法制社会的渴望和呼唤,通过文人创作的小说反映出来。这些作品对公平公正、惩恶除暴、清官执法、守法护法等方面的理想探索,彰显出明清法制题材小说的特有的思想价值和护法精神。
