信息社会背景下高校图书馆人力资源管理创新路径

摘    要:随着我国从工业社会向信息社会的逐步转型,传统图书馆的发展正面临着巨大的挑战,其内部业务运行机制将发生重大的变化,人力资源成为保障图书馆未来生存和发展的首要因素。以图书馆的人力资源管理为研究对象,阐述了信息社会背景下传统人力资源管理模式的弊端,分析了图书馆人力资源管理创新的必要性,并提出了相关建议。

Abstract:The development of traditional library is facing huge challenges along with our country’s gradual transition from industrial society into information society, and some major changes will occur in the internal service operation mechanism of traditional library, and human resource will become the primary factor guaranteeing library’s future survival and development. Taking library’s human resource management as the study object, this paper expounds the disadvantages of traditional human resource management mode under the background of information society, analyzes the necessity of innovating library’s human resource management, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
