肾茶水浸液抑菌作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究肾茶水浸液的抑菌作用。方法:通过滤纸扩散法测定抑菌作用,对于有抑制作用的菌种测定其最小抑菌浓度。结论:肾茶水浸液对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌均有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强,其次是铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌。对上述3种供试菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.08g/mL、0.10g/mL、0.10g/mL,而对黑曲霉菌、青霉菌、酿酒酵母菌无抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: investigating antibacterial effects of the aqueous extract from Clerodendranthus spicatus (Thunb).C.Y.Wu. Method: the antibacterial effect was studied by testing the diameter of the antimicrobial circle and by determining the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the aqueous extract. Results: the aqueous extract has inhibitory effect on Staphylicoccus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Monilia albican. The strongest inhibitory effect was on Staphylicoccus aureus, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Monilia albican. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) for Staphylicoccus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Monilia albican were determined as 0.08g/mL, 0.1g/mL, and 0.1g/mL respectively. There is no inhibitory effect on Aspergillus niger, Penicillium, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Conclusion: The aqueous extract from Clerodendranthus spicatus (Thunb).C.Y.Wu. has an active antibacterial effect.
