连续式搅拌设备与间歇式搅拌设备的性能比较

分析了连续式搅拌与间歇式搅拌设备的特点，从两种设备的计量原理、控制原理、搅拌原理、混合料的特性等方面加以探讨，分析连续式搅拌设备较之间歇式搅拌设备优秀的特点，指出：连续搅拌设备是一条流水生产线，让搅拌工艺过程的所有工序在时间上重合，在空间上顺序；而间歇式搅拌设备则是一台单机，让搅拌工艺过程的所有工序在空间上重合，在时间上顺序。

Performance Comparison between Continuous Agitation Equipment and Batch Equipment

This paper analyzed the characteristics of the continuous agitation equipment and the batch type agitation equipment.By discussions of the measurement principles,controlling principles,agitation principles,characteristics of the mixed materials etc.,the more advantageous essences of the continuous agitation equipment over that of the batch type agitation equipment were analyzed,and the paper indicates that the continuous agitation equipment is a flow-line production,it makes all the agitation technial processes coincide with all the time,and the spaces are used in order.While,the batch type agitation equipment is just a single machine which makes all of agitation processes cooncide in a single space,and uses the time in order.
