摘    要:假设在一定条件下,无磁场制备的磁流变弹性体中,微米量级的铁磁颗粒能形成自组装的链状结构或柱状结构,且链或柱的轴线方向在空间角内均匀分布.通过分析柱或链的应变和磁场能,在传统的成链模型的基础上,得出了相同体积比的无磁场制备和有磁场制备的磁流变弹性体的磁流变效应的比率,与文献中的实验结果基本符合.

Abstract:A model of isotropic magnetorheological(MR) elastomers was proposed.Assuming that,under certain conditions,micrometer-sized ferrous particles in the matrix form self-assembled chains or columns in directions randomly dispersed in spatial angle,and based on the traditional chain model of anisotropic MR elastomers,in which the chains have a uniform direction,the shear strain and magnetic energy of every single chain or column in a certain direction were analyzed,and the ratio of MR effect in isotropic and anisotropic MR elastomers with the same particle volume concentration was studied.The results show that MR effect on isotropic MR elastomers is 42.4% of that in anisotropic MR elastomers,which agrees with the experiment results.
