摘    要:为研究高开启压力条件下泄爆导管对粉尘爆炸泄放火焰传播的影响,采用FLACS软件模拟了20 L球形装置粉尘泄爆过程,研究了不同导管长度(0~10 m)和导管通径(50~130 mm)对粉尘爆炸泄放过程中火焰形态、温度、长度的影响规律。结果表明,增加泄爆导管长度可降低泄放火焰的温度;加装泄爆导管后,粉尘爆炸泄放火焰锋面形态由“半弧形”转变为“刀锋状”,且对最大泄放火焰长度影响显著;导管通径较小时,导管长度越长,泄放火焰长度越短;导管通径较大时,泄放火焰长度随导管长度的增加先增大后减小。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of explosion discharge duct on the flame propagation of dust explosion under the condition of high opening pressure, the dust explosion discharge process of 20 L spherical device was simulated by FLACS software. The effects of different duct length (0 ~ 10 m) and duct diameter (50 ~ 130 mm) on the flame shape, temperature and length during dust explosion discharge were studied. The results show that increasing the length of venting duct can reduce the temperature of discharge flame; After installing the explosion discharge duct, the shape of the discharge flame front of dust explosion changes from "semi arc" to "knife edge", and the maximum discharge flame length suffers significant impact; Furthermore, when the diameter of the duct is small, the longer the duct length is, the shorter the discharge flame length is; When the diameter of the duct is large, the discharge flame length first increases and then decreases with the increase of the duct length.
