组元热失配对复合材料界面强度的影响

摘    要:用粉浆浸渗-层叠热压工艺制得了9种不同组元热失配的复合材料.用金刚锥显微脱粘法测得复合材料的界面强度.研究了组元间不同热失配对界面强度的影响.结果表明:径向热先配愈大,复合材料的界面强度愈高,两者之间存在着近似的指数关系;轴向热失配对界面强度影响则较小.用热残余应力对界面强度影响的计算结果验证了上述结果,两者较好地吻合.

Abstract:Nine composites with different mismatch of thermal expansion coefficients were made by slurry infiltration-lay up hot pressing process. The interfacial strength was measured using pyramidal diamond micro-debonding method. The effects of thermal mismatch on the interfacial strength were studied. It was discoved that the interfacial strength increased following index-law with the increase of radial thermal mismatch. The effect of axial thermal mismatch on interfacial strength was very limited. The calculated results of the influence of thermal residual stress on interfacial strength were in good agreement with the results from thermal mismatch. This results were not suitable for the system with obvious chemical reaction between fiber and matrix in interface.
