摘    要:DNA条形码分类(DNA Barcoding)是以生物线粒体DNA为工具来鉴定物种的新方法,是外来物种快速鉴定、物种分类与系统发育和进化分析的基础.研究以我国辽宁地区常见的寄蝇亚科(双翅目:寄蝇科)2族4属6种为对象,扩增和测定COI基因部分序列,对得到数据用MEGA4软件分析计算,构建该类群分子系统发育树.分析表明:...
