氨溴特罗止咳露治疗小儿急性下呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

目的观察氨溴特罗止咳露辅助治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法治疗组使用氨溴特罗：6～8月。2．5mL/次．8月～1岁．5mL/次．2～3岁7．5mL．4～6岁10mL/次．6～12岁。15mL/次．2次／d：对照组使用小儿止咳糖浆，6月～1岁，2．5mL/次，2～5岁．5mL/次，6～12岁10mL．／次。3次／d。2组均连续服药5d。结果治疗组有效率96．16％．对照组有效率83．9‰。两组差异性P〈O．05。结论氨溴特罗对于改善下呼吸道感染患儿咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等临床症状疗效显著。

Observation of the treatment effect of ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution for acute lower respiratory tract infection of children

Objective To observe the treatment effect of ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution for acute lower respiratory tract infection of children.Methods The treatment group were given the ambroxol and clenbuterol oral solution by the dosage of 2.5 mL once for 6 to 8 months of age,5 mL once for 8 months to 1 year of age,7.5 mL once for 2 to 3 years of age,10 mL once for 4 to 6 years of age,15 mL once for 6 to 12 years of age,twice a day.The controlled group were treated with infant cough-suppressing syrup by the dosage of 2.5 mL once for 6 to 12 months of age,5 mL once for 2 to 5 years of age,and 10 mL once for 6 to 12 years of age and 3 times daily.Both groups took the drug continuously for 5 days.Results The effective rate of treatment group is 96.16%,controlled group is 83.9%,P<0.05.Conclusions ambroxol and clenbuterol can relieve obviously the clinical symptoms of cough,expectoration and wheezing for the children of acute lower respiratory tract infection.
