不同专业大学生体质健康状况比较分析

采用测试法、文献资料法、数理统计法对绵阳师范学院非体育专业大学生体质健康测试数据进行整理统计分析,并对不同专业学生体质健康状况进行对比.结果表明:不同专业学生的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质有一定差异.建议:公共体育课教师应了解学生体质健康的特征,针对不同专业学生体质健康的弱势采取干预措施,加强课外体育活动的组织和指导,确保学生在有限的体育锻炼时间中提高其体质健康水平.

A Comparative Analysis of Physical Health of Students of Different Specialties

By means of testing,literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper analyses the test data of physical health of non-PE students of a university in Sichuan Province,and makes analysis of physical health status of students of different specialties.The results show that there are different conditions among different specialties in body shape,function and quality.It is suggested that teachers of the physical education course should know the characteristics of students’ physical status quo of different specialties and,according to the students’ weak factors,take intervention measures,guide them in extracurricular exercises and improve their physical state.
