| 摘 要： | 以菜籽油加工厂的下脚料油脚为营养料,以不同比例添加于平菇培养基中,对比观察其对平菇的菌丝生长和子实体产量的影响.结果表明,单从平菇生长来看,5%油脚培养基对平菇的生长发育有促进作用,效果非常明显;但从经济效益来看,40%油脚培养基栽培平菇能取得最显著的经济效益.

| Abstract: | Waste of rapeseed oil processing plants was added to the cultural medium of oyster mushroom(Pleurotus ostreatus) at different rates as the nutrient carrier and its effects on hypha growth and fruiting body yield were observed.The results showed that oil waste significantly promoted the hypha growth of oyster mushroom when added to the culture medium at 5%,and it gave the greatest economic benefit when added at 40%. |
