| 摘 要： | 室内测定4种杀虫剂对黑翅土白蚁工蚁的生物活性.毒力测定结果显示阿维菌素、氟虫氰、灭蚁灵和吡虫啉对黑翅土白蚁工蚁的致死中浓度Lc50值分别为0.154 0 mg/L,0.160 6 mg/L,0.351 2 mg/L和0.136 8 mg/L,表明阿维菌素、氟虫氰和吡虫啉对黑翅土白蚁工蚁的毒力显著高于灭蚁灵(超过后者的2倍),而前三者毒力相当. |

| Abstract: | Laboratory bioassay was made of four insecticides to investigate their bioactivities against the workers of Odontotermes formosanus.The results indicated that the LC50 values of avermectin,fipronil,mirex and imidacloprid against the workers of O.formosanus were 0.154 mg/L,0.1606 mg/L,0.3512 mg/L and 0.1368 mg/L,respectively.The toxicities of avermectin,fipronil and imidacloprid against the worker of O.formosanus were similar but significantly greater than that of mirex. |
