粉末冶金法制取Fe-Al金属间化合物的研究

摘    要:采用粉末冶金反应烧结法可直接制得金属间化合物制品,但在反应烧结中易产生孔隙,严重影响了烧结制品的机械性能,作者研究了轧制粉末反应烧结制取Fe3Al金属间化合物的新工艺。结果表明,采用这种工艺并结合添加第三元素Ni可获得理论密度98%的烧结制品。轧制增加了铁铝粉末颗粒之间的接触面,破坏了粉末颗粒表面氧化膜,有利于反应烧结致密化。该文对轧制件反应烧结工艺、粉末轧制对反应烧结的影响以及反应烧结机理进行了

Abstract:Reactive sinetering of element powders is a new technique in powder metallurgy, by which products of intermetallics can be prepared directly. However its application is limited as the density of products is very low. It is necessary to raise the density to approach the thoerical level. For practical application, a new reactive sintering process of rolling Fe and Al powders was studied. The results show that Kirkadell effect is weakened, oxide film broken and the action of transient liquid sintering strengthened by rolling. Therefore the sintered density is markedly increased. The pores formed in reactive sintering can be effectively decreased by addition of the third element Ni. As a result of rolling combined with addtion of Ni, up to 99% fo the thoeretical density can be obtained. The Fe,Al made by rolling and reactive sintering has good mechanical properties and improved ductility.
