| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育课程效能的提高，仅仅依靠课程改革是不够的，还需要更多配套的改革措施。主要应抓好四项工作：必须系统提升教师的专业素养；课程结构力求多样化；理论教学要讲求启蒙性和思想性；把各项政策、措施切实落实到位。

| Abstract: | This article argues that,besides course reform,more has to be done to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education at universities.Priority should be given to: faculty members'high professional level,diversification of course content and inspiring ways to improve theoretical instruction,and the guarantee forimplementation of education reform policies. |
