国产WSD690E高强钢焊接试验及工程应用

呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站输水系统压力钢管采用的WSD690E高强钢是国内钢厂开发的水电站引水压力钢管专用800MPa级高强钢,首次用于水电站压力钢管工程。经焊接性试验、焊接工艺评定和工程实际应用,证明钢板的加工性较好,焊接裂纹敏感性不高。在焊接线能量,预热、层间、后热温度适当的情况下焊接,接头的各项力学性能指标符合设计要求,焊缝质量优良。

The welding test and engineering application for domestic WSD690E High strength steel

Adopted by penstock for water conveyance system in Hohhot pumped-storage power station, the WSD690E High strength steel, which is developed by domestic manufacture, is a 800MPa High strength steel that dedicated by diversion penstock for water station, first applying in hydropower station pressure steel pipe project. The welding test, assessment and actual works had proved without any doubts that such steels are in good condition of machinability and in low welding cracking sensibility. Welding under a condition that the welding heat input, preheat temperature, interpass temperature and postheating temperature are suitable, the mechanical performance index of joints accords with design requirement, and the seam has good welding quality.
