摘    要:研究新型疏水缔合聚合物在二类油层中的流变性能及驱替效率。考查其与二类油层的适应性。通过分子结构设计和优化反应参数,合成了一种新型疏水缔合聚合物(命名为A),其分子量在(600~800)万之间,目标层是二类油层。A具有特殊的流变性能,主要表现在低浓度时(小于1 500 mg/L),在油田地层水矿化度及油藏剪切速率下(小于10 S-1),具有增黏性和较优的耐盐性。A在流动实验中阻力系数为157.09,残余阻力系数为83.16,展现出良好的注入性能和流度控制能力;A在天然岩芯驱油实验中的驱替效率可达7%以上,高于传统聚合物的驱油效率。总体而言,聚合物A与二类油层有着较好的匹配性,可用于二类油层聚驱深度挖潜。

Abstract:In order to check the matching between hydrophobically associating polymer and secondary oil layers, the rheology and recovery factor of the polymer in secondary layers were researched. By designing molecular structure and optimizing reaction parameters, a new polymer, named A, was synthesized and its molecular weight was between 6-8million.The polymer showed special rheological properties. In the salinity and shearing rate of the oilfield (<10S-1), viscosity of the polymer solutions could be enhanced with a concentration less than 1500mg/L. The resistance and residual resistance factors were 157.09 and 83.16, which meant fine injectability and mobility control. Polymer A could enhance recovery factor by more than 7%, which was higher than that of normal polymers. It could be concluded that polymer A matched well with secondary oil layers and could be applied to further displacement.
