论孔子的矛盾思想

孔子的思想体系实际上是一个矛盾的集合体。他执著地“复兴周礼”又屈服于“礼崩乐坏”的现实；高谈“仁义”又难以抵制利欲的诱惑；想积极有为又跳不出天命的羁绊；责人以严的同时又难以严于律己。这些矛盾壳斥于他的政治道德、伦理纲常、人生价值、生活礼仪等各个方面。正是这些矛盾造成了孔子一生的悲剧性结局，其根本原因就在于他的不合时宜，逆潮流而好古礼。

On Confucius Contradictory Thought

The system of Confucius thought is essentially an assembly of contradiction： He stuck to the conception of restoring etiquette in Zhou Dynasty but yielded to the reality of etiquette collapsed and instrument destroyed, talked loudly kindheartedness and justice but it was difficult for him to resist benefit temptation, wanted to be active in political issfos but couldnt break the fet- ters of fate, subjugated othe~ but simultaneously couldn＇ t make strict demands on himself. Such contradiction could be reflected from different kinds of aspects, such as politics ethics, codes of ethics, the value of life, life rite and so on. Consequently these contradiction led to the tragic result in the whole life of Confucius, the cardinal reason lay in his non - reality and non - current.
