| Abstract: | Some problems often encountered in the design and construction of long precast-concrete pile are summarized and investigated. According to the experinces of some engineerings in Fuzhou distric, the permissible pile capacity, which is calculated with the code method, is considered to be having some surplusage. It can be utilized in the way of decrement in reserved pile, and for the compensation for pile breaking and pile splicing. |
