| 摘 要： | 测量了钛酸锶钡微晶粉粒和硅油固液两相混合物的时域介电谱。得出的5个分量实质上是钛酸锶钡陶瓷和硅油时域介电谱的迭加，清楚地给出了微晶粒的铁电相变讯号。 |

| Abstract: | Time domain dielectric spectroscopy of the mixture of Ba_ 1- x Si_ x TiO_3 ceramic ultrafine powder and polydimethylsiloxane has been measured.Five polarization components derived from the spectra clearly shows the phase transition of the powder, while they can be attributed to Ba_ 1- x Si_ x TiO_3 ceramics and polydimethylsiloxane,individually. |
