摘    要:通过对新明星,明晶,春香3个草莓品种的幼叶和匍匐茎茎尖的切块愈伤组织诱导苗的过氧化物酶同工酶检测和分析,发现确实存在无性变异,从而为利用草莓体细胞无性变异进行品种改良提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The present dissertation studied the variations of callus and plant characters,peroxidase(POD)isoenzyme from the plants regenerated by callus induction of young leaves and stolon tips of Xinmingxing,Mingjing and Chunxiang and inquired into the variant states of the materials in order to provide theoretical basis for utilizing clonal variations to improve strawberry varieties.
