摘    要:用单形法对气相色谱双焰火焰光度检测器的操作条件进行了优化,并将它的结果与单因子法,正交实验法进行了比较,单形法具有邕络向响应的最佳点逼近的优点,且物理模型清晰及计算简单,因此,单形是一种实验条件优化的可行的好方法。

Abstract:The operating conditions of the dual-flame FPD (flame photometric detector) in gas chromatograph have been optimized by using simplex method. The results are compared to those by using single-parameter and orthogonality method. The advantage of the simplex method is that the operating conditions always approach to the optimum state. Therefore the simplex method is a feasible and good method for optimizing the experimental conditions.
