汽车加速工况的仿真实验

摘    要:汽车加速工况仿真实验系统由发动机-测功机实验台架、模拟驾驶实验台和计算机数据采集及控制系统组成。模拟实验时,系统交地采集到的发动机,测功机的转速、扭矩信号变化,以及模拟驾驶实验台上踏板、变速杆等模拟车辆运行的状态参数的变化输入计算机进行处理,并由计算机实时地计算出模拟车辆的各个运行状态参数,发出控制信号,通过接口电路输出到测功机,控制测功机加载扭矩的变化,从而实现对发动机的负荷控制,能够在发动机台

Abstract:The vehicle acceleration simulation system consists of three parts: the engine dynamo test bench, the driving simulation test bench and the computer data acquisition and control system. The torque and rotation speed signals of engine and dynamo, as well as the vehicle running parameters: the movements of pedals and gearbox on the driving simulation test bench were acquired and processed in computer, and then the simulated vehicle's running parameters were calculated and the control signals were given to the dynamo simultaneously through the interchange circuit. Therefore, the engine load can be changed by means of controlling dynamo's torque. The real acceleration running status of the vehicle engine can be simulated on the engine stand.
