| 摘 要： | 多目标模糊决策方法就是综合考虑各目标的重要性和各方案对所有目标的效用值，再将方案进行序序，选取最优方案，影响洪水调度的因素较多，有时无法定量作出洪水调度决策，尝试采用多目标模糊决策方法，针对洪水调度品质特殊性，进行洪水工决策研究，通过实例应用取得了较满意的结果。
