| Abstract: | The Qing authorities built Zhuping railway （a railway from Zhuzhou to Pingxiang） to help the coal transportation in Pingxiang. But the gentry in the west of Pingxiang obstructed the construction with varies reasons. On the basis of The Official Document making arrangements in Pingxiang Railway, this paper explores the benefit game between the local authorities and gentry during the railroad building. |
