L-乳酸和乙醇酸共聚物的固相缩聚

摘    要:以直接熔融缩聚法合成了L-乳酸与乙醇酸的共聚物(PLGA).进而研究了PLGA的固相缩聚工艺以及产物的热性能,结果表明,固相缩聚使产物PLGA的相对分子质量大幅度提高,产物的结晶度及熔点均随反应温度和时间的改变而发生相应变化.在一定的反应温度及反应时间内,结晶度增加;而当温度更高或反应时间更长时,由于氧化及热降解的发生,致使结晶度及熔点转而下降.

Abstract:Using copolymer of L-lactic acid and glycilic acid as raw material which prepared by melt polymerization, solid state polycondensation of PLGA is studied in this paper. The processes thermal properties of resultant polymer are also discussed. The results indicate that the molecular weight of resultant PLGA is increased to a great extent. With the change of the reaction condition, melting temperature and crystallinity of resultant PLGA also changes. In certain range of the reaction temperature and time, crystallinity will increase. When higher reaction temperature and longer raction time is provided, the melting point and crystallinity of resultant PLGA will decrease due to oxidation and depolymerization.
