三维裂纹扩展仿真

摘    要:提出了一个基于有限元方法的自动三维裂纹扩展仿真系统模型。利用有限元计算的结果来自动更新裂纹前沿的尺寸和几何形状,并使用节点移动法来模拟裂纹的扩展过程。在扩展过程中将物体分成全局模型和局部模型,并仅对局部模型进行网格重划分,从而减少计算量。实验结果表明,本系统能够模拟沿任意路径的三维裂纹扩展过程。

Abstract:An automatic 3D crack propagation program based on the FE method was proposed. The size and shape of the crack front were updated using the result of finite element program, and then the crack propagation was simulated by moving the node. Global model and sub model were used when simulation, and only the sub models need to be remeshed, so it is more efficient. The results show that this program can simulate the 3D crack propagation along arbitrary path.
