| 摘 要： | 从应用软件研发的角度分析了我国数字化医院建设中存在的问题,讨论了电子病历内容构成的特点及将其作为数字化医院数据基础的必要性,给出了一个基于数据平台的电子病历系统原型,并从医疗信息的采集、存储和重构等方面对其关键技术进行了分析.在实际应用中,该原型能较好地保证数字化医疗信息的完整性、一致性,实现医疗信息共享.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problems about construction of digital hospital in our country from the point of software development, and discusses the properties of EPR data structure and necessity of EPR system used as the data plane architecture for digital hospital. Lastly, an EPRS prototype is proposed, and discussion of key techniques is given from collection, storage and reconfigure. In application, this EPRS system prototype can provide integrative and accordant share data of medical information for digital hospital. |
