| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制建设的不断深入发展,市场竞争中的不法行为也日益增多,商业混同行为就是典型表现之一。本文分析了商业混同行为的概念和特征,以及我国现行反不正当竞争立法中对该行为规制之不足,并在此基础上提出了完善的建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of socialist market economy construction, there appear more and more illegal competing actions in markets. Commercial confusion is such a typical case. After analyzing commercial confusion's concept and characteristics, and its inadequacy in Anti-unfair Competition Law, the author also poses some suggestions on how to improve it. |
