摘    要:系统研究了含锂2.5%的Al-Li-Cu合金中,Cu含量从0到6%时,合金组织、密度、强度及塑性的变化。随Cu含量的增加,合金强度增高、塑性下降、密度增加。通过微观组织观察,分析和讨论了Cu含量对该合金析出和破断特征的影响。

Abstract:Variations in microstructure, density, strength and plasticity of Al-Li-Cu alloy with Li content of 2.5% were systematically studied as Cu content changes in a range from 0 to 6 wt%. It is indicated that the strength and density increase and the plasticity decreases with the increase in copper content. The effect of copper content on the precipitation and fracture behaviors are also discussed.
