人参皂甙在卷烟中的应用

摘    要:研究了人参皂甙在300,600,900℃温度下的裂解行为对卷烟烟气成分的影响,通过感官评吸考察人参皂甙对卷烟感官质量的影响并确定最佳的人参皂甙适宜添加量,同时研究了人参皂甙对卷烟主流烟气中7种有害成分的影响。结果表明人参皂甙在热裂解过程中可以释放出小分子的酮类、酯类、醚类、杂环类等具有香味的化合物,在添加浓度为0.04%~0.06%人参皂甙的范围内能改善卷烟的吸食品质,有助于提高卷烟的品质,添加人参皂甙卷烟烟气危害性指数远远低于2012年全国卷烟烟气危害性指数。

Study of the application of ginsenosidesin cigarettes
Abstract:The effects of ginsenosides cracking behavior at a temperature of 300, 600, 900℃are study on the components of cigarette smoke, and the influence of ginsenosides to cigarette sensory quality is investigated by sensory evaluation and the optimal dosage suitable ginsenosides addition is determined, also, the effects of ginsenosides on seven harmful mainstream cigarette smoke ingredients are studied. The results indicate that the ginsenosides would release some small molecule compounds such as ketones, esters, ethers, heterocyclic and other aroma compounds in thermal cracking process. These compounds could improve the smoking quality of cigarette in the ginsenosides additive concentration of 0.04%~0.06%. The smoke dangers index of cigarette added with ginsenosides is far below the national cigarette smoke dangers index in formaldehyde in 2012 on average of 8.7.
