腊梅开花过程中的生理变化

摘    要:随着腊梅(小花腊梅)花蕾的发育,花的鲜重、干重、花径和含水量均逐渐增加,花开放时达最高,以后降低;花蕾期还原糖含量没有明显差异,花刚开时明显增加,并保持恒定,花开始萎蔫时下降,花内蛋白质和总氨基酸含最亦随花蕾发育而逐渐增加,花开放时达最高,以后蛋白质含量降低而总氨基酸含量却随花瓣委蔫而明显升高,表明此时蛋白质的合成降低而水解加强,花内营养物质向植物的其它部分运输,此外、花蕾期相对透性值变化不大,花萎蔫时增加最快,为中蕾时的4.73倍,据此推测,花衰老时细胞收的完整性受到破坏,溶质外渗.

Abstract:The result shows that with the development of Chimonanthus praecox var.parviflora Turrill,its freshweight,dry weight,fower diameter and water content gradually increased and reached the peak whenthe flowers were completely in blooming , the they should decrease. The reducing sugar content showedno considerable changes in bud stage, while increased notably as the beginning of flowering and keptconstant until wilting of the flowers. The contents of protein and total amino acid also increased gradu-ally with the development of the flower bud , gained the highest when the flowers were completely inblcoming and the protein content decreased gradually with the wilting of the flower, while the contentof total amino acid increased markedly during petal senescence , which revels the protein synthesis de-creased and the hydrolytic process increased during the flower senescence so that the nutrients in flowercould transfer to other plant parts more effectively. Furthermore, the relative permeability showed littlechange during flower bud stage, while, during wilting, increased rapidly to 1. 73 times higher thanthat in mid-flowering bud stase, which indicates the destruction of the cell membrane and leakase of cy-toplasm occurred when the flower senescence began.
