On the Systematic Construction of Electronic Archives of Retired University Faculty

Under the influence of the constant development of the information society,the university information management and construction has become an inevitable choice for the management of colleges and universities.As a part of college management and service for retired teachers,the construction of electronic archives manage-ment system of retired university faculty is necessary.It is targeted to lay the foundation for the realization of classification management and pertinent services.At present,certain disparity still exists in the electronic ar-chives systematic construction,it is urgent to gradually perfect the construction which aims at providing more ac-curate and convenient data of information for the management and service for retired University faculty.
