| 摘 要： | 低碳社会是在全球气候变化和能源危机下产生的新型的发展方式,是人与自然协调发展的基本要求和必然趋势。为促进低碳社会建设,从发展低碳社会的内涵和特点出发,按照指标体系的构建原则,根据一定的方法和依据,建立了三层次多指标的低碳社会评价指标体系,利用Delphi法确定各层次相关指标的权重,综合评价低碳社会的发展水平,并指出存在的问题和障碍。 |
