刍议高校教学管理队伍建设

加强高校教学管理队伍建设对于提升高校教学工作整体水平、提高高校人才培养质量、提高高校核心竞争力等具有重要意义。本文对当前教学管理队伍存在的领导重视不够、队伍稳定性差、创新能力不强等问题进行分析，提出加强领导重视、加强制度建设、加大培训力度、强化科研能力等一系列措施，加强教学管理队伍建设。

The Meager Opinion on the Construction of Teaching Administration Team in University

It is significant of strengthening the construction of teaching administration team to enhance the whole level of teaching in uni-versity, to improve the quality of personnel training and to upgrade the core competition of universities. Through the analysis of inade-quate importance-attaching of teaching administration team, the instability of this team and the weakness of administration originality, this paper proposes a series of measures to strengthen the construction of teaching administration from the perspective of intensifying the leader’ s importance-attaching, improving system construction, and enhancing the training and academic ability.
