河南省地质环境科技发展形势与前景

河南省"十一五"地质环境科技发展成就显著,科技创新能力和技术支撑能力不断提升,科技人才队伍和科技创新体系建设初具规模;城镇化、工业化、现代化快速发展的中原经济区对地质环境科技工作提出了更高要求,地质环境安全面临严峻挑战,同时也为地质环境科技的发展提供了难得的机遇;"十二五"的重点发展领域是完善地质环境综合调查、评价与监测管理技术体系、地质灾害监测预警与防治技术体系,提升矿山地质环境的监测、恢复治理技术能力,提高地质遗迹保护与地质公园建设技术水平,促进地热资源勘查与开发利用技术的发展;通过实施一批重大地质环境科技项目,取得一批重要科技成果,提升全省地质环境保护与地质灾害防治领域科技自主创新能力和解决重大问题的能力.

Status Quo and Perspect of the Scientific and Technological Development of the Geological Environment in Henan Province

The eleventh five-year plan has witnessed notable achievements in the scientific and technological（sci-tech） development of the geological environment in Henan.The ability of sci-tech innovation and technical support has increased continuously.The construction of sci-tech talent ranks and innovation system has taken shape.At the same time,fast development of urbanization,industrialization and modernization in the Central Plains Economic Region has put a higher demand on the geological sci-tech work.Therefore,the geological environment security is facing a severe challenge,which is also a valuable opportunity.According to the twelfth five-year plan,priority should be given to certain areas.To put it specifically,the integrated survey,assessment and monitoring management of the geological environment should be perfected;the monitoring,early warning,and prevention of geological hazards should be developed;the technological capability of the geological environment monitoring,recovery and controlling in coal mines should be improved;the level of geological relics protection and geological park construction should be raised,the exploration and utilization of geological and geothermal resources should be promoted.The purpose is to improve the sci-tech independent innovative ability and the problem-solving ability in geological environment protection and hazards prevention through carrying out a number of major geological environment sci-tech projects and obtaining a amount of important sci-tech achievements.
