摘    要:装配式混凝土墙板结构开洞墙体是由预制混凝土墙板和现浇边缘构件组成,预制墙板采用水泥砂浆与基础坐浆连接,两侧预留与边缘构件连接的搭接钢筋,边缘构件没有钢筋穿过水平连接缝且上下层钢筋贯通,通过对3个具有相同尺寸的开洞墙体进行定轴压比低周反复荷载试验,对比研究了此种墙体的受力过程及破坏形态,对墙体的钢筋应变、滞回性能、承载力、延性性能、刚度退化及耗能能力进行了分析。结果表明:加载后期墙体底部与基础梁之间形成贯穿裂缝,但墙体并未有较大错动,而是在底部发生弯曲破坏,最终边缘构件下方混凝土破碎,钢筋外露;墙体裂纹分布及扩展规律与应变片数据相对应,承载力较高,延性满足使用要求,刚度退化较平稳快,具有一定耗能能力,符合低层建筑抗震要求。

Abstract:The prefabricated concrete wall panel structure is composed of precast concrete wall panels and cast-in-place edge members. The prefabricated wall panels are connected with the foundation grout by cement mortar, and the overlapping steel bars connected to the edge members are reserved on both sides, and the edge members are No steel bars pass through the horizontal joint joints and the upper and lower layers of steel are penetrated. The three-layered wall with the same size is subjected to the fixed axial compression ratio and the low-cycle repeated load test. The force process and failure mode of the wall are compared. The steel strain, hysteresis performance, bearing capacity, ductility performance, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of the wall were analyzed. The results show that the through-crack is formed between the bottom of the wall and the foundation beam at the end of loading, but the wall does not have a large displacement, but the bending failure occurs at the bottom. Finally, the concrete under the edge member is broken and the steel is exposed; the crack distribution of the wall The extension law corresponds to the strain gauge data, the bearing capacity is high, the ductility meets the requirements of use, the stiffness degradation is smoother and faster, and it has a certain energy consumption capacity, which meets the seismic requirements of low-rise buildings.
