Game analysis of efficiency of competitive urban water supply enterprises

The quasi-public good attributes of products provided by urban water supply enterprises result in the competition in this field. The competitive enterprises take the benefit maximization as their objectives. By use of the game theory and Bayes method, a dynamic incomplete information game model is developed first to analyze and then to predict and estimate the behavior of competitive enterprises. It is concluded that the intervention of competitive enterprises into the field of urban water supply under certain condition is an effective form of dynamic organized evolution from the angle of society.
