摘    要:地面三维激光扫描技术是二十世纪九十年代新兴的一门测量技术,它采用非接触式高速激光测量,以获取研究目标的三维坐标和数码照片的方式,快速高效的得到大型实体或实景等目标的三维立体信息。因此该技术在核电站、文物保护、考古、建筑业、船舶、水利、能源、电力、交通、公安、市政建设等众多领域得到了广泛应用。

Abstract:The Terrestrial 3D laser scanning technology is a new measurement technology since the nineteen ninties,it adopts non-contact laser measurement to obtain the three-dimensional coordinate and digital photographs of the object,then gets fast and efficiently the3D information of large entities or virtual target.Therefore the technique in nuclear power station,cultural relics protection,construction industry,shipping,water,energy,electricity,transportation,public security,municipal construction,and other fields has been widely applied.
