| 摘 要： | 为了研究矿山充填料管道挤压输送料浆的运动规律，在假定挤压输送设备活塞由曲柄连杆机构驱动的条件下，推导出活塞位移呈三角函数形式的料浆运动相关方程，以及在挤压输送设备作用下，入口管道和出口管道内料浆的8种运动状态的速度和加速度计算公式。运用计算机模拟管道长度、管道垂高、充填料浆浓度及料浆流变力学参数、活塞运动周期与曲柄半径等不同时，管道内料浆的流动规律。研究结果表明：挤压输送的起始条件仅对前几个周期内料浆的运动有影响；调整充填管道长度、管道垂高、充填料浆浓度和流变参数、挤压输送设备活塞运动周期、曲柄半径和安装位置（入口管道长度）等其中的任何1个参数，对管道内料浆的流动状态均会产生影响，但对于给定的充填管路和充填料浆，总能找到使入口管路和出口管路内料浆的流动速度大于0m／s的相关参数，实现充填料浆挤压输送。
