| 摘 要： | 从企业的利润最大化目标出发，论述了市场需求拉力、市场竞争压力、技术创新与技术中介的推动力以及政府行为支撑力在企业的技术创新与企业的技术改造中的作用；各动力间相互关联、相互促进的机理及其反馈、放大效应；构建了传统产业高新技术化的动力机制模型。

| Abstract: | This article demonstrates the use of the power of market needs and competitiveness, technological innovation and technological medium, support of the government in the technological innovation within the cooperation from the view of maximum profit goal, including cause of the correlations and interactions zmong powers and their feedbacks and magnifying effects. This article also constructs the dynamic systemic model of high - tech conventional industry. |
