| 摘 要： | 介绍了全球定位系统 (GPS)星座的建设与发展及GPS系统的组成 ,阐述了GPS技术的基本工作原理和方法 ,美国对其相关政策的变化及其最新进展情况 ;另一方面 ,从引入数字地球技术和世界可持续发展的战略思想出发 ,介绍了正在兴起的令世人关注的精细农业技术 ,阐明了其思想体系 ,基本技术及实施状况 ,并概述了其在国内外的发展现状和发展趋势 ,以及GPS技术在现代农业中的重要应用和发展前景

| Abstract: | The construction and development of the Constellation of Globle Positioning System(GPS) and its buildup are introduced. The basic principle and methods of GPS, US's changing policies on GPS, and its up to date advancement are sammarized. On the other hand, from the strategic ideas of digital earth and sustainable development of the world, a rising technology of precision agriculture is also introduced, including its basic technology, the developing status and trend at home and abroad, the important applications as well as its prospect on the modern agriculture. |
