公共政策视角下的农村留守儿童教育问题与建议

在我国城镇化进程中,农村剩余劳动力就地转移困难,大量农民外出务工,由于家庭教育与学校教育的缺失,出现留守儿童安全隐患多、学习成绩较差、道德意志薄弱、心理障碍凸显等诸多问题.农村留守儿童作为一个特殊的弱势群体,应该受到全社会的关注.政府应通过改革户籍制度、社会保障制度等,制定相关政策来消除农村留守儿童就学障碍;继续增加农村基础教育的财政投资;努力提高农村教师素质,进而提高教学质量;加大对农村留守儿童教育问题的宣传力度,呼吁全社会力量共同推进农村基础教育的健康发展,彻底解决农村留守儿童的教育问题.
